Responsibilities
- Define the architectural vision and technical strategy for Apex Neural Labs' 2026 AI roadmap.
- Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant distributed AI systems and neural networks.
- Lead the R&D efforts in Generative AI, Natural Language Processing, and Predictive Analytics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate complex AI models into production environments.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Ensure system security, ethical AI compliance, and data privacy standards are met.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in specialized AI/ML architecture.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern GPU computing frameworks.
- Proven experience designing large-scale machine learning pipelines and cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing high-performance engineering teams.
- Experience with edge computing and real-time data processing is highly preferred.
