Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of proprietary neural network architectures tailored for 2026 applications.
- Oversee the full MLOps lifecycle, from model training to scalable deployment and monitoring.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate complex technical concepts into robust, high-impact AI solutions.
- Drive research initiatives to improve model accuracy, reduce latency, and enhance energy efficiency.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.

Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or artificial intelligence engineering.
- Proven expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Strong background in NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
