Responsibilities
- Architect Autonomous Agents: Design and implement self-learning AI agents capable of autonomous decision-making and complex task execution in 2026 standards.
- Optimize Inference: Lead the integration of WebGPU and WASM to achieve high-performance, low-latency AI inference directly in the browser and edge devices.
- Model Strategy: Evaluate and select the best open-source models, fine-tuning them for specific enterprise use cases while ensuring data privacy.
- MLOps Pipeline: Build scalable, automated pipelines for training, evaluation, and deployment of ML models to production environments.
- Roadmap Leadership: Define the technical vision for 2026, translating business requirements into robust architectural blueprints.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead architect role.
- Programming: Deep expertise in Python and Rust. Experience with C++ for high-performance computing is a plus.
- Frameworks: Strong proficiency in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Architecture: Experience designing distributed systems and large-scale machine learning infrastructures.
- 2026 Tech Stack: Familiarity with WebGPU, WASM, and agentic AI architectures is highly desirable.
