- Ensure AI systems are transparent, fair, and aligned with ethical guidelines.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, or data science.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven experience designing and implementing Large Language Models or similar NLP architectures.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or a related field is preferred.
