- Security & Compliance: Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict security protocols and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Experience with distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, AWS, GCP).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems with elegant, efficient solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading engineering teams and driving project success.
