Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical architecture for our 2026 roadmap, focusing on Generative AI and Predictive Analytics.
- Lead the design of distributed systems capable of processing petabytes of real-time data.
- Mentor a team of junior developers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging AI technologies (e.g., LLMs, Neural Networks) into existing product ecosystems.
- Ensure data security, privacy compliance, and ethical AI implementation across all projects.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern Cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- Deep understanding of Machine Learning algorithms, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Computer Vision.
- Experience with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to lead complex technical initiatives.
