Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy state-of-the-art deep learning models for enterprise-scale applications.
- Research and implement novel algorithms in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Optimize model inference pipelines for speed, accuracy, and cost efficiency on cloud infrastructure.
- Mentor junior data scientists and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain engineering excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Stay abreast of the latest academic research to integrate breakthrough techniques into our production stack.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering or research.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong experience with distributed training and MLOps (MLflow, Kubeflow, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of shipping production-level AI models into the market.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
