Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI agent architectures capable of autonomous decision-making.
- Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to enhance model accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into consumer-facing products.
- Conduct rigorous testing and evaluation of LLM performance and safety guardrails.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to code reviews and architectural decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning or Deep Learning engineering.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Experience deploying large models on cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strong understanding of NLP, Transformers, and prompt engineering.
