Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines using Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Research and deploy state-of-the-art deep learning models for Natural Language Processing (NLP) and computer vision applications.
- Optimize model inference latency and throughput for production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to define AI roadmap.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Stay abreast of the latest academic research and industry trends to ensure our technology remains competitive.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering or research.
- Strong proficiency in deep learning frameworks and distributed computing systems (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker).
- Proven experience in training, fine-tuning, and deploying large-scale language models.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, SageMaker) is a strong plus.
