Responsibilities
- Model Architecture: Design, train, and optimize state-of-the-art deep learning models tailored for complex, real-world scenarios.
- Infrastructure: Build and maintain robust MLOps pipelines to ensure seamless deployment and scalability of AI models.
- Research: Conduct cutting-edge research to explore new methodologies in neural networks and generative AI.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineers to translate technical requirements into actionable software solutions.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with large language models (LLMs).
- Tools: Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical challenges and optimize system performance under tight deadlines.
