Responsibilities
- Design & Deploy: Architect, train, and deploy large-scale machine learning models for production environments using Python and cloud-native frameworks.
- Research & Innovation: Lead research initiatives in Generative AI and Natural Language Processing to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Model Optimization: Continuously monitor model performance, reduce latency, and optimize inference costs to ensure 99.99% uptime.
- Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate AI capabilities into client-facing applications.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high technical standards across the team.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or data science.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX; strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Domain Knowledge: Proven track record of working with LLMs (Large Language Models) or Computer Vision systems.
- Problem Solving: Ability to debug complex distributed systems and optimize algorithms for speed and accuracy.
