Responsibilities
- Architect and define the comprehensive ethical guidelines and technical standards for our proprietary AI models.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to integrate ethical considerations into the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Conduct rigorous research on emerging AI trends, bias mitigation techniques, and future technology paradigms.
- Advocate for responsible AI practices to stakeholders, board members, and regulatory bodies.
- Develop scalable frameworks to ensure transparency and accountability in automated decision-making systems.
- Mentor junior architects and researchers in best practices for ethical AI implementation.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Philosophy, Ethics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or AI architecture.
- Proven track record of implementing ethical AI frameworks in large-scale production environments.
- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and NLP technologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
