Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable AI infrastructure designed for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Lead the research and development of next-generation machine learning models and neural architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex technical concepts into business strategies.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, including quantum computing interfaces and advanced neural networks.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and performance optimization for high-volume data processing.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Proven track record of leading architectural projects in a high-growth tech environment.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems.
- Strong understanding of deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), and computer vision.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
