Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, specifically focusing on Generative AI, Predictive Analytics, and Autonomous Systems.
- Lead the identification and evaluation of emerging technologies to drive competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Data Science) to translate strategic vision into technical execution.
- Advocate for AI ethics, security, and compliance in all strategic initiatives.
- Present complex technical strategies to executive stakeholders with clarity and impact.
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation within the team.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, AI/ML Strategy, or Product Management.
- Deep understanding of the AI landscape, including LLMs, computer vision, and NLP.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformation projects.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience working in agile environments and managing multiple concurrent projects.
- Relevant advanced degree (Masters or PhD) in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field is a plus.
