Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy complex machine learning models and deep learning algorithms.
- Optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and scalability in production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers.
- Research and implement the latest advancements in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Establish best practices for data pipeline management and model versioning.

Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
- Deep understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning theory.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
