Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art deep learning models for natural language processing and computer vision.
- Optimize model inference latency and resource utilization for edge devices and cloud infrastructure.
- Collaborate with product managers and researchers to define AI product requirements and roadmaps.
- Implement robust data pipelines for data collection, preprocessing, and augmentation.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research and integrate new techniques into the production stack.
Qualifications
- PhD or MS in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, MLOps, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with fine-tuning LLMs (e.g., GPT, LLaMA) and RAG architectures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
