Responsibilities
- Architect and optimize scalable machine learning pipelines for high-traffic environments.
- Develop and fine-tune state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Lead research projects focused on multimodal AI and autonomous agents.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and ethical AI compliance across all models.
- Provide technical mentorship and code reviews for the engineering team.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or Statistics.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Experience with MLOps, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate complex AI concepts for stakeholders.
