Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design of hybrid AI-Quantum computing systems for enterprise scalability.
- Define the technical roadmap for Horizon Systems’ transition to 2026 standard protocols.
- Oversee the integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) with quantum annealing processors.
- Mentor a team of elite engineers and researchers to foster a culture of innovation.
- Ensure system security, resilience, and ethical AI compliance in decentralized networks.
- Prioritize and optimize data pipelines for real-time inference at scale.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, with a focus on AI/ML or High-Performance Computing.
- Hands-on experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or similar) and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Deep understanding of neural network optimization and edge computing paradigms.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in a high-growth startup environment.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on future-proofing technology solutions.
