Responsibilities
- Lead Research Initiatives: Define and execute a research roadmap focused on AGI capabilities and multimodal learning for the 2026 timeframe.
- Model Optimization: Develop and optimize state-of-the-art neural architectures to improve inference speed and accuracy.
- Collaboration: Partner with engineering teams to translate research findings into deployable software products.
- Publication: Author high-impact papers for top-tier AI conferences and journals to establish thought leadership.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior researchers and data scientists within the department.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field from a top-tier university.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in AI/ML research, preferably in NLP or Computer Vision.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with distributed training frameworks.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and optimization techniques.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to formulate problems mathematically and derive scalable solutions.
