Responsibilities
- Design and oversee the implementation of scalable AI infrastructure aligned with the 2026 roadmap.
- Spearhead the integration of quantum computing algorithms into existing machine learning pipelines.
- Establish ethical guidelines and governance frameworks for autonomous AI systems and decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex research into product-ready, high-performance solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists in advanced AI methodologies and future tech stacks.
- Conduct architectural assessments to ensure system resilience against emerging security threats.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience (8+ years) in designing large-scale distributed systems and cloud architecture.
- Deep understanding of neural networks, deep learning, and machine learning algorithms.
- Familiarity with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) or experience in post-quantum cryptography.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in leading technical teams and driving strategic initiatives.
