Responsibilities

  • Analyze, design, and optimize employee benefits plans including health, dental, vision, and retirement programs
  • Manage enrollment processes, open enrollment periods, and benefits communications for 3,000+ employeesConduct cost-benefit analyses and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership
  • Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations (ERISA, ACA, CalPERS) and audit requirements

Qualifications

  • Expert knowledge of ERISA, ACA, COBRA, and California labor regulations
