Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of municipal government experience with records management
- Expertise in Colorado open records laws (CRS 24-72-201 et seq.)
- Advanced proficiency in document management systems (e.g., Laserfiche)
- Notarial certification and election administration experience
