- Provide legislative support to Common Council and advise on municipal procedures
- Coordinate public records requests within statutory timelines

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- Minimum 5 years municipal government or records management experience
- Wisconsin Municipal Clerk certification or ability to obtain within 6 months
- Expertise in election law and voter registration systems
- Advanced proficiency in document management software (e.g., Laserfiche)
- Exceptional written communication and public speaking skills
