Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive environmental compliance programs for industrial facilities
- Lead air quality monitoring initiatives and analyze pollution data trends
- Conduct site inspections and enforce environmental regulations
- Prepare technical reports and regulatory recommendations
- Coordinate with state and federal environmental agencies
- Mentor junior staff and train stakeholders on environmental best practices
- Manage grant-funded sustainability projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of regulatory compliance experience
- Professional certification (e.g., CHMM, QEP) preferred
- Advanced knowledge of EPA and ADEQ regulations
- Strong data analysis and GIS mapping skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Valid Arizona driver's license
- Spanish fluency highly desirable
