Responsibilities
- Develop and implement compliance monitoring systems for federal programs
- Conduct risk assessments of critical infrastructure security protocols
- Coordinate with state/local agencies on emergency preparedness initiatives
- Analyze regulatory changes and update internal compliance frameworks
- Lead cross-functional audits and prepare detailed compliance reports
- Train personnel on federal security regulations and best practices
- Manage vendor compliance certifications and contract reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Criminal Justice, or related field
- 5+ years of federal compliance experience with DHS or similar agency
- Active Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Expert knowledge of CFR Title 44 and DHS directives
- Advanced proficiency in GSA MAX and SAM.gov systems
- Proven experience with NIST and FISMA frameworks
- Strong analytical writing and presentation skills
