Responsibilities
- Data Acquisition & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and validate large volumes of federal data to ensure accuracy and reliability for analysis.
- Statistical Modeling: Perform advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Dashboard Development: Design and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators for stakeholders.
- Compliance & Security: Ensure all data processing activities adhere to strict federal regulations, including FISMA, FedRAMP, and OMB guidelines.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive reports and briefings for executive leadership and government officials.
- Collaboration: Partner with subject matter experts to define data requirements and technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the federal government or defense contracting sector.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, R, or SAS for data manipulation and analysis.
- Databases: Strong SQL skills and experience with data warehousing technologies (Snowflake, Redshift, or similar).
- Certifications: PMP, CAPM, or Google Data Analytics Certificate is a plus.
- Clearance: Current Secret or Top Secret security clearance is highly preferred.
