Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain secure IT infrastructure for federal clients in accordance with NIST standards and federal regulations.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and ensure compliance with FISMA and other security protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver software solutions and optimize legacy systems.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior staff and junior analysts.
- Prepare and present detailed technical reports and briefings to government stakeholders.
- Manage the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) using Agile methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal or government contracting environments.
- Active Public Trust or Secret Security Clearance required.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or C# for backend development.
- Deep understanding of ITIL frameworks and federal acquisition regulations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS or Azure) is highly desirable.
