Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of federal IT projects, from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with agency objectives.
- Ensure strict adherence to federal regulations, including FedRAMP, FISMA, and DOD directives.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, monitor progress, and implement mitigation strategies for potential risks.
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders, including government officials, technical leads, and cross-functional teams.
- Manage budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships to optimize project performance.
- Conduct regular status reporting and presentations to senior leadership and client executives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master's preferred).
- PMP or PgMP certification is required.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience managing IT projects for the Federal government or large-scale enterprise environments.
- Active Secret or Top Secret security clearance is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical audiences.
