Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive policy research and analysis to support federal program development.
- Collaborate with state and local agencies to ensure compliance with federal regulations.
- Prepare high-level briefing documents, reports, and presentations for executive leadership.
- Manage grant applications and ensure timely submission of funding requests.
- Monitor program performance metrics and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and coordinate inter-agency communications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal or state government program management.
- Deep understanding of federal procurement and grant management processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to pass a background investigation.
