Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain federal IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud environments (AWS/Azure).
- Implement and monitor security measures to ensure compliance with FedRAMP and NIST standards.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for federal applications and systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable and secure solutions for government clients.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to optimize efficiency.
- Document system configurations, processes, and procedures for compliance reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems administration or IT support within the federal or government sector.
- Active Top Secret (TS) or Secret security clearance is required.
- Strong proficiency in Windows Server, Linux, and virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
