Responsibilities
- Oversee the administration, maintenance, and security of federal IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud environments (AWS/Azure).
- Implement and monitor cybersecurity protocols to ensure compliance with FedRAMP, FISMA, and NIST standards.
- Manage user access controls, privilege accounts, and Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize system performance.
- Prepare and conduct technical documentation, incident reports, and compliance audits.
- Provide 24/7 on-call support for critical system outages as required.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent military experience).
- Certification: Active Top Secret Security Clearance (or ability to obtain one) is mandatory.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in federal IT environments or similar high-security settings.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, and virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V).
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Clearance: Ability to pass a thorough background investigation.
