Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of complex federal IT systems and software solutions.
- Ensure full compliance with FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) and agency-specific security standards.
- Conduct rigorous risk assessments, security audits, and vulnerability testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to modernize legacy systems and improve operational efficiency.
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior analysts and junior staff.
- Prepare detailed technical documentation and reports for senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee third-party IT service delivery.
Qualifications
- Active Top Secret clearance with Polygraph (TS/SCI) or ability to obtain one.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in federal contracting, government IT, or systems analysis.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and Project Management (PMP certification preferred).
- Strong understanding of FedRAMP, NIST, and DoD security frameworks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to obtain a government background investigation.
