Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions for federal agencies.
- Conduct comprehensive system analysis to identify requirements and optimize performance.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal regulations, security standards, and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software on tight deadlines.
- Document technical specifications, system architecture, and operational procedures.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure code quality.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Active Public Trust clearance or willingness to undergo a background investigation.
- 5+ years of experience in systems engineering or software development.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or C#.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
