Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years government or public sector finance experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools
- GAAP and governmental accounting standards expertise
- Strong analytical and presentation skills
- Oklahoma residency required at time of hire
