- Technical Mentorship: Lead by example, conducting code reviews, architecture reviews, and technical mentoring for junior and mid-level engineers.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers, Data Scientists, and Security Specialists to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a Senior or Lead capacity managing complex distributed systems.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust; proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes/Docker).
