Responsibilities
- Architecting the Future: Design and lead the implementation of complex AI infrastructure and systems for the Vision 2026 roadmap.
- Research & Development: Spearhead research initiatives into emerging technologies, including generative models and autonomous systems.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of high-caliber engineers, conducting code reviews and establishing best practices for scalability and security.
- System Optimization: Oversee the deployment and optimization of machine learning pipelines to ensure real-time performance and low latency.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical specifications.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specializing in Machine Learning and AI.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Education: M.S. or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is preferred.
- Architecture: Proven ability to design distributed systems and microservices architectures that can handle high volume and concurrency.
- Innovation: Strong passion for cutting-edge technology and a demonstrated history of implementing innovative solutions.
