Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design of high-performance AI and machine learning systems for the 2026 product roadmap.
- Oversee the integration of cutting-edge technologies, including generative AI and predictive analytics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Engineering, Product) to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and performance standards are met.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high technical standards.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to advise leadership on emerging technologies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in software engineering or architecture, with a focus on AI/ML.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or C++ and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
- Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience with distributed systems, microservices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
