Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive strategic vision for Project 2026, aligning long-term technological goals with business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional research initiatives in Artificial General Intelligence, Quantum Computing, and Advanced Biotechnology.
- Identify and assess emerging market trends and disruptive technologies to inform product development roadmaps.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to secure funding and resources for high-risk, high-reward innovation projects.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics for the Project 2026 rollout.
- Act as the primary evangelist for the company’s futuristic vision to stakeholders, investors, and industry partners.
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technology consulting within a Fortune 500 or high-growth environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in emerging technologies, specifically AI, Machine Learning, or Quantum Mechanics.
- Advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale cross-functional teams through periods of rapid change.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast industry shifts and technology lifecycles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for executive-level presentations.
