Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual foresight reports on technological, societal, and economic megatrends
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and risks
- Advise executive leadership on strategic implications of emerging technologies
- Design and maintain a horizon-scanning framework for 2030+ scenarios
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Create visualizations and narratives to communicate complex future scenarios
- Oversee implementation of strategic initiatives derived from foresight analysis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future studies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Proven track record of publishing influential trend reports or white papers
- Deep expertise in AI, biotech, and quantum computing trajectories
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex concepts
- Experience facilitating executive-level scenario planning sessions
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., CFTE, APF)
- Portfolio demonstrating tangible impact from future-oriented initiatives
