Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and quantify disruptive trends through 2030
- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps aligned with company vision and market evolution
- Facilitate executive workshops on scenario planning and technology adoption curves
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of external futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Translate complex future projections into actionable business strategies
- Present findings to stakeholders using data-driven narratives and visual storytelling
- Mentor junior strategists in emerging methodologies like AI ethics and biotech convergence
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, horizon scanning, and scenario planning frameworks
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences across global markets
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (required)
- Experience with futures simulation tools and foresight software platforms
