Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, climate tech, and digital transformation domains
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for 2026 market positioning
- Design and facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing business models
- Produce comprehensive foresight reports with actionable recommendations
- Partner with R&D to identify breakthrough innovation opportunities
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling visualizations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futurist role
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic frameworks
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF or CFTE) strongly preferred
