Responsibilities
- Research and identify federal, state, and private foundation funding opportunities aligned with organizational goals
- Develop persuasive grant proposals, budgets, and reports with 95%+ success rate
- Cultivate relationships with program officers and funders through strategic outreach
- Manage grant pipeline using Salesforce CRM and grant management software
- Collaborate with program teams to translate impact metrics into compelling narratives
- Ensure compliance with funder requirements and maintain accurate grant records
- Mentor junior staff on grant writing best practices and compliance standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of grant writing experience with $1M+ secured funds annually
- Proven success with federal, state, and foundation grants
- Expertise in budget development and grant compliance
- Exceptional storytelling skills with portfolio of funded proposals
