Responsibilities
- Develop and submit 15+ high-impact grant proposals annually to federal/state agencies and private foundations
- Conduct thorough research on funding opportunities aligned with maternal health programs
- Craft persuasive narratives with measurable outcomes for $5M+ annual funding goals
- Manage complex relationships with 50+ funding partners through quarterly reporting
- Lead cross-functional teams to gather program data for proposal development
- Maintain compliance with all grant requirements and financial reporting protocols
Qualifications
- 5+ years of grant writing experience in healthcare or nonprofit sector
- Proven track record securing $500K+ in annual grant funding
- Advanced degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- Expertise with federal grants (HRSA, SAMHSA) and private foundations
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven storytelling abilities
- Strong project management experience with competing deadlines
