Responsibilities
- Research and identify funding opportunities from federal, state, private foundations, and corporate sources
- Develop compelling grant proposals and applications with 95%+ success rate
- Manage 15+ active grant relationships and reporting requirements
- Collaborate with program teams to gather impact data and financial information
- Track grant pipeline and maintain accurate records in Salesforce CRM
- Represent organization at funder meetings and community events
- Maintain compliance with all grant regulations and reporting deadlines
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Nonprofit Management, or related field
- 5+ years of successful grant writing experience with $5M+ secured
- Portfolio demonstrating wins in healthcare, education, or social services
- Expertise with federal grants (SAM.gov) and foundation databases
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and grant management software
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines with attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills for collaborative relationship-building
