Responsibilities
- Research and identify federal, state, and private funding opportunities aligned with organizational mission
- Develop compelling grant proposals, budgets, and reports exceeding $500K annually
- Cultivate relationships with program officers and foundation stakeholders
- Manage grant pipeline using Salesforce CRM and grant tracking systems
- Coordinate cross-departmental efforts for program development and compliance
- Maintain accurate grant records and submission deadlines in shared calendars
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years grant writing experience with proven $1M+ funding track record
- Expertise in federal, state, and foundation grant applications
- Advanced proficiency with budget development and compliance reporting
- Exceptional writing/editing skills with portfolio samples required
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
