Responsibilities
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for Federal positions.
- Ensure strict compliance with OPM regulations, EEO laws, and agency HR policies.
- Conduct comprehensive workforce planning, analyzing trends to optimize staffing levels.
- Manage complex employee relations cases and provide conflict resolution support.
- Administer benefits programs, leave management, and compensation adjustments.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance HR knowledge across the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Public Administration, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional HR experience, with at least 2 years in a Federal or State/local government setting.
- Deep understanding of the Federal Hiring Process, Title 5 U.S. Code, and the Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB).
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., PeopleSoft, Workday, iCIMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate reports.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
