Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in systems analysis and IT support.
- Strong proficiency in Windows Server, Linux, and cloud technologies (Azure/AWS).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced government environment.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder presentations.
