Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of complex IT solutions and system upgrades.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, stakeholders, and project managers, to define requirements and deliver scalable software applications.
- Oversee the maintenance, security, and optimization of critical databases and enterprise systems.
- Conduct code reviews, technical assessments, and performance tuning to ensure system reliability.
- Mentor junior staff and provide technical guidance on best practices and compliance standards.
- Develop and document technical specifications, user manuals, and process workflows.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in IT analysis, software development, or systems engineering.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Java, Python, or C#.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is highly desirable.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
