Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of critical IT infrastructure and enterprise systems.
- Oversee complex software development projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Conduct system performance tuning, security audits, and vulnerability assessments.
- Provide advanced technical mentorship and guidance to junior analysts and IT staff.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify technology needs and drive digital initiatives.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure SLAs are met for external service providers.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in information technology, systems analysis, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Proven expertise in SQL, Python, Java, or similar programming languages.
- Strong understanding of system architecture, network security, and cloud technologies.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly preferred.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
