Responsibilities

  • System Administration: Manage and maintain local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), and server hardware to ensure 99.9% uptime.
  • Security Compliance: Implement and monitor security protocols in accordance with state and federal regulations (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.) to protect sensitive data.
  • Technical Support: Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical support to internal staff, diagnosing and resolving complex hardware and software issues.
